I’m the person behind the camera and the one shaping the creative direction of every shoot. Depending on the project, I work with a trusted team of food stylists, video editors, and production assistants to deliver high-quality, story-driven content.

I grew up in Riga, Latvia, in a home where food brought people together. My dad would cook big meals for friends and family, and those warm, busy kitchen moments stuck with me. Even now, the smell of spices and herbs takes me right back.

That connection between food, memory, and emotion is what drives my work. Butterfly Studio is where I combine those roots with my love for visual storytelling—translating everyday things into layered, expressive imagery.
